Activity on Horseback This evening Mr Astley   late Serjeant 
Major in Elliotts will perform upwards of twenty different 
feats at his Riding School next door to the White Horse 
on halfpenny Hatch Lambeth Marsh – [hand pointing right] Turn down 
by the Turnpike over Westminster Bridge on the left
hand and over Black Friars Bridge  by Christ Church turn 
on the right being situate between the two Bridges & near 
Cupers Gardens – not the Dog & Duck
     Among his performances are sweeping the ground with 
his hands & elbows  picking up a half crown piece or 
large weight, Carbine Pistal  & Sword from the Ground all on 
full speed.  his manner of Fence & defence  Sword in 
hand as in real action  several cuts at arms length
over the horses head on full speed  Flying Leaps over 
the Bar on one and Two Horses with several other 
feats of Activity which were never before exhibited but 
by himself  The Doors to be opened at 5 & mount at 6. admittance 
at the Riding School   seats one shilling  standing places sixpence
NB  a convenient Room to see the performances [xxxx] Two 
shillings each.  Tomorrow at Mr  Longchamps New Spring
Garden Chelsea & on Saturday at the Riding School
