Notes

This volume was published in December 1918 "for the benefit of the Amputation Club of B.C., Vancouver": "The Net Profit of this Publication will go to the Amputation Club of B.C., Vancouver, for men who have been maimed and wounded in the Great War." It should not be confused with The Gold Stripe magazine published in Detroit from 1923 by the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.
