I am Zoe Bieler's daughter. I wrote a book about her career titled "Writing Against the Wind". She died on September 18, 1991 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She was born in Kelowna, British Columbia in 1915. She lived in Vancouver at one time, in Ottawa during the War and from 1942 on in Montrreal. She worked first at the Montreal Standard and then at the Montreal Star.
