Nell Shipman co-authored and stared in the movie Back to God's Country (1919), the most financially successful Canadian silent film. Her story The Tamiami Trail was serialized in various Florida newspapers, and This Little Bear Went to Hollywood was serialized in Good Housekeeping in 1931.
