Elizabeth R. Taylor

It is likely that Elizabeth R. Taylor, one of the first women to publish an account of travel in the western Arctic, was American. She is almost certainly not the same person as the Elizabeth Taylor who published a poem in the Montreal Poetry Year Book in 1931.
