A new Serious Spectacle, with new Scenery, Dresses and Decorations, called JUAN FERNANDEZ; or, The British Seaman’s Story. Founded on an extract from Captain Dampier’s Voyage round the World, on Alexander Selkirk, a native of Scotland; who was left on the above named Island in 1710. Alex. Selkirk, Mr. Roberts; Hadge Hassan, a Malay Captain, Mr. Bradbury; and Selim, Lieutenant of the Malay Bark, Mr. Montgomery. The British Lady, shipwrecked in her passage from India on the shores of Juan Fernandez, Mrs. Pincott, her first appearance in that character. A favourite Dance by the three Miss Giroux and Master Giroux. In the course of the evening the following Songs: The Girl of my Heart; Duet, Gallop on Gaily; The Thorn; Tarry awhile with me my love; Hush-a-bye; Rope’s End for Bonaparte; Little Adeline. The whole to conclude with a favourite Comic Pantomime, called HARLEQUIN SAILOR; or, The Loss of Abergavenny.—Doors to be opened at half past five, and begin precisely at half past six.
