Riding School, Westminster Bridge

THIS Evening will be presented (besides Mr. ASTLEY’s surprizing [sic] new Dexterity on one, two, three and four Horses) a new Performance, never exhibited in this Part of Europe, called ‘Le Spectacle incomparable de la Place St. Mark Venice, or the Egyptian Pyramids,’ by eight capital Performers. The different Towers, Dooms Arches, Pedestals, lofty Spires, and other Attic Buildings, are most astonishingly imitated, and the Whole will be presented as exhibited before their Majesties and the whole Court of France.

The Doors to be opened at Four, and the several new Feats of Horsemanship and Activity to begin precisely at Five.⸻Notwithstanding the great Variety of new Entertainments, the Price of Admittance on this Occasion only as usual. Gallery 2s. Riding School 1s.

[pointing hand] Mr. Astley on his late Travels through France, &c has, by close Application, much improved his Dexterity on Horseback; and begs Leave to inform the Nobility, Gentry, and others, that most assuredly the Performers of the Pyramids will return to France in a short Time.
