ASTLEY, Father and Son, beg leave to inform the Nobility, Gentry, and others, that during last Winter they kept their Troop in constant Rehearsal, in order to enable them to make an entire

CHANGE of PERFORMANCES EVERY THREE WEEKS,

By which means an unremitting variety will be constantly kept up; they therefore hope this NEW PLAN will meet with approbation.—They can only say, that neither expense nor pains shall be wanting to render their amusements worthy of public patronage.

A New Comic Dance (to Irish Airs) called

THE IRISH FAIR;

In which will be introduced an IRISH LILT.

Characters—by Mons. Marqui, Miss Smith, Master Crossman, Mr. Bell, Mr. Laurent, Master Tyler, Master Collet, and Mr. Jenkinson; Miss Lawrence, Miss Harrison, Mrs. Johannot, Mrs. Bell, Mrs. Williamson, &c.

An entire new Musical Piece (taken from a well-known History), called

THE KING AND THE COBLER.

The Characters as follow:

Henry the VIIIth, Mr. Connell; Cardinal Woolsey, Mr. Fox; Secretary, Mr. Wallack; 1st Courtier, Mr. De castro; Landlord, Mr. Jenkinon; and Cobler Mr. Johannot. Joan (the Cobler’s Wife), Mrs. Henley.—Courtiers, Yeomen of the Guards, Attendants, &c. by the rest of the Company.

The Dresses, in Character, by Mons. Gotlich Clary.—

The Scenery and Decorations entirely new, by Messrs. Whitmore, Byrne, and Blackmore.

NEW EQUESTRIAN EXERCISES,

The whole to conclude with a Serious, Comic, Tragic, Heroic, Mechanical, and Operatical [sic] Pantomime, called
