The application to review the order refusing bail to Oscar Wilde, awaiting re-trial on charges of having been guilty of practices of an abominable nature, came on for hearing to-day. After argument, the Court varied the order made by the Judge of the Criminal Sessions, and ordered the liberation of the accused on bail. The sureties will be entered in tomorrow (Saturday), when Wilde will be released.
