The trial of Oscar Wilde on charges of criminal immorality was concluded to-day.
The jury, after a lengthened retirement, were unable to agree and were discharged.
Wilde was remanded in order that a fresh jury might be impannelled to try him again. An application for bail was made by his counsel and refused by the court.
