Cutfe, C.B., has decided that the case against Oscar Wilde and his confederate Taylor, which was made a remanet at the last sittings of the Central Criminal Court in consequence of the disagreement of the Jury, shall be taken at the next Old Bailey Sessions, which commence on Monday, May 20.
