THE OSCAR WILDE CASE. -- The second trial of Oscar Wilde and Alfred Taylor for offences alleged to have been committed under the Criminal Law Amendment Act will be commenced before Mr. Justice Wills and a jury at the Old Bailey on Monday next, at 10 30. The Solicitor-General (Sir F. Lockwood, Q.C., M.P.), Mr. H . Sutton, Mr. Gill, and Mr. Horace Avory will appear to prosecute on behalf of the Treasury; Sir Edward Clarke, Q.C., M.P., Mr. Charles Mathews, and Mr. Travers Humphreys will defend Wilde; and Mr. Grain will appear to defend Taylor.
