London, May 4.— Oscar Wilde will be liberated on Monday or whenever bail is found. The court before which his lawyers applies has agreed to accept his personal bail bond in $25,000 and two sureties of $6,250 each. The counsel asked that one surety of $12,500 be accepted instead of the two sureties at $6,250 each.
