The Bankruptcy Court has granted a receiving order against the property of Oscar Wilde at the instance of the Marquis of Queensbury, to enforce the payment of the latter’s claim of £677 for law costs incurred in the libel suit of Wilde v. Queensbury, in which the former was ordered by the court to pay the latter's costs.
