PARIS, Nov. 22. - The Gaulois asserts that an effort is making to obtain the signatures of Emile Zola, Alphonse Daudet, M. de Goncourt, François Coppée, M. Heredia, the Countess de Mirabeau, and other distinguished writers to an international petition for the release of Oscar Wilde from prison.
