The jury in the case of Oscar Wilde and Taylor having disagreed, a fresh trial has been ordered for 20th inst.

Oscar Wilde has been admitted to bail, himself in L2500 and two sureties of L1250.

In the case of Oscar Wilde, who was remanded to gaol pending a new trial, bail being refused, an application that the accused be admitted to bail has since been made to the Judge, and has been granted.
