NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y., Oct. 19. - Lord Alfred Douglass, the son of the Marquis of Queensberry, is stopping at the Cataract house and is "doing the falls." He has been journeying in the United States ever since the Wilde scandal came out, and says he will not go back to England for five years. He has his wife with him.
