The Marquis of Queensberry was present. During the morning Wilde was ill and left the court.

THE VERDICT.
London, Six o’clock.The jury returned a verdict of GUILTY on all counts submitted to them.
Mr Justice Wills sentenced the prisoner to two years’ hard labour. His fellow criminal, Taylor, who was found guilty earlier in the week was brought into court and sentenced also to two years’ hard labour.
