LONDON, April 23 - The grand jury this morning returned to the central criminal court, Old Bailey, a true bill against Oscar Wilde and Alfred Taylor. The prosecuting witnesses in the case are being lodged with a number of policemen in a house in Croydon st to prevent them from being mobbed.
