THE WILDE SCANDAL
Conviction of Taylor.

London, May 21.

The hearing of the charges against the man Taylor, the alleged accomplice of Oscar Wilde, was concluded to-day. On the charge against Taylor of procuring the commission of offences by Parker and Wilde the jury disagreed. On the charge of committing offences with both the Parkers the jury found Taylor guilty. The first charge was therefore dropped, and Taylor was remanded for sentence. The charge against Wilde will be proceeded with to-morrow, before a fresh jury.
