The trial of Oscar Wilde and Taylor, his alleged accomplice in certain abominable practices charged against the pair, was continued to-day at the Old Bailey.

The trial of Oscar Wilde and his alleged associate in abominable conduct, the man Taylor, was continued at the Old Bailey to-day.

The case for the prosecution, so far as taking formal evidence is concerned, has closed.

It is not yet certain whether witnesses for the defence will be called, but the impression appears to be that a number are likely to be examined.
