OSCAR WILDE'S BAIL.—

At Bow-street Police-court yesterday morning, Mr. Travers Humphreys applied to Mr. Vaughan to admit Oscar Wilde to bail in pursuance of the Judge's order fixing two sureties of 1.250l. each, and Wilde's own recognizances in 2,500l. The sureties offered were Lord Douglas of Hawick and the Rev. Stewart Headlam, M.L.S.B. Mr. Angus Lewis appeared for the Treasury, and stated that no objection was made to the sureties. Lord Douglas and Mr. Stewart Headlam swore as to their means and willingness, and were duly accepted. Oscar Wilde was subsequently liberated on the terms of the judicial order from Holloway Prison.
