LONDON, WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 25, 1895.

At the Bankruptcy Court yesterday, before Mr. Registrar Giffard, there was a sitting for the public examination of Oscar Wilde. Upon the case being called on, Mr. Grain, for the bankrupt, applied for the adjournment of the examination, as he believed that it was almost certain that a sufficient sum would be subscribed by the bankrupt's friends to pay the creditors 20s. in the pound. The case was adjourned to the 20th November.
