CENTRAL CRIMINAL COURT.--Before Mr. Justice Wills, the trial of Alfred Taylor on charges of committing and procuring to be committed acts of gross indecency was resumed. Taylor was examined on his own behalf, and, after counsel had addressed the jury, his Lordship summed up. The jury found the prisoner guilty on two counts of committing certain acts as regarded Charles and William Parker, but not guilty on charges of alleged procuring in respect to Oscar Wilde and Alfred Wood, and were unable to agree on the counts charging him with procuring as concerned Wilde and Charles Parker. These counts were then dropped at the suggestion of the Judge. Sentence was postponed, and it was directed that the trial of Wilde should proceed to-day with a fresh jury.
