OSCAR WILDE AND BAIL.

Mr. C. Mathews applied before Baron Pollock in Chambers this afternoon that Oscar Wilde might be released on bail. Baron Pollock announced that he would give his decision to-morrow. An impression prevails that bail of a substantial amount will be accepted.

After a long argument, the judge held that there should be bali, and decided to fix the amount to-morrow morning, Mr. Mathews suggested that there should be two sureties of £1,000.
