Oscar Wilde's Trial Unconcluded.
[BY THE HERALD'S SPECIAL WIRE.]

LONDON, May 25.--Oscar Wilde's trial, contrary to general expectation, was not concluded at the Old Bailey yesterday.

It was supposed on Thursday that Wilde would not go into the box, but Sir Edward Clarke called him the first thing yesterday morning. He briefly denied the charge against him and then Sir Frank Lockwood put him through a lengthy and pitiless cross-examination, which reminded the spectators of the brilliant effort of Mr. Carson at the trial of the Marquis of Queensberry.

Sir Edward Clarke then again addressed the jury, and Sir Frank Lockwood was replying when the Court rose.
