The Central Criminal Court, London, was crowded yesterday when the case in which the Marquis of Queensberry is charged with criminally libelling Mr. Oscar Wilde came on. Mr. Justice Henn-Collins presided. Sir E. Clarke, Q.C., M.P., with Mr. Charles Matthews, prosecuted, while the Marquis of Queensberry was defended bv Mr. E. Carson, Q.C., M.P., and Mr. Gill. Lord Douglas of Harwick, the eldest son of the defendant, was also represented by counsel. The case has not concluded.
