La discusión quedó aplazada. Un incidente de sensación ha ocurrido en el escandaloso asunto de Oscar Wilde contra el Marqués de Queeensbury.

Una carta de éseo á su mujer coutiene esta frase:

«El (Oscar Wilde) ha demostrada que era un cobarde y el último de los miserables de la calaña de lord Rosebery.»

Otra carta contiene otra alusión injuriosa referente igualmente al primer Ministro.

Estas cartas fueron leídas ante el Tribunal, y su lectura ha causado gran sensación en Londres.

The discussion was postponed. A sensational incident has occurred in the scandalous affair of Oscar Wilde against the Marquess of Queensbury.

A letter from him to his wife contains this phrase:

"He (Oscar Wilde) has shown himself to be a coward and the last of the wretches of Lord Rosebery's ilk."

Another letter contains another insulting allusion also referring to the Prime Minister.

These letters were read before the Tribunal, and their reading has caused a great sensation in London.
