WILDE'S LATEST PLAY AT THE EMPIRE.
Manager Charles Frohman Will Produce "The Importance of Being Earnest" on April 22.

Manager Charles Frohman announces that he will produce Oscar Wilde's latest play, "The Importance of Being Earnest," at the Empire Theatre a week from Monday night. This play, which is a three act comedy of a farcical character, was first produced by Mr. George Alexander, at the St. James Theatre, London, on February 23, and is still running there. The American rights are owned by Mr. Alexander and Mr. Frohman. Miss Viola Allen. Mr. Henry Miller, Mr. Henry Faversham, Miss Agnes Miller and Miss May Robson will play the leading roles.
