surplus qu'une fort mince estime. On nous dit que M. Catulle Mendès s'est montré fort irrité de cette note, en raison des circonstances où elle a été
publiée.
Notre excellent confrère peut se rassurer: il est de ceux que certaines plaisanteries et certains malentendus ne peuvent atteindre.
